ÅngströmBond® AB9047 Optical Adhesive, UV Cure (3cc Syringe)

The ÅngströmBond® AB9047 Optical Adhesive is a fast UV curing adhesive designed for optic applications where low shrinkage, low stress and high bond strength are required.It can be used in high humidity and thermal cycling environments.Available in a 3cc adhesive manual syringe.

Additional Features:

• Wavelength-independent and will cure with any UV bulb.
• Low viscosity adhesive
• Bonds well to polycarbonate, ABS, glass and a wide variety of other substrates

• Viscosity @ 25°C: 2,500 cPs
• Glass Transition Temperature, Tg: 10°C (degree celsius)!Tg: 50°F (degree Fahrenheit)
• Shore D Hardness: 76
• Cure Shrinkage: > 1.0%
• Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE):
  • Below Tg: 123 ppm/°C
  • Above Tg: 165 ppm/°C
• Operating Temperature Range: -60°C to 120°C!-76°F to 737.6°F
• Refractive index: 1.531 @ 589nm

Handling Characteristics:

• Cure Schedule: 150-300 mW/cm²-1-100 sec.@ 300-420nm
